I have been working at Techno Endeavours full-time...

I have been working at Techno Endeavours full-time (Less than a year)... means like 9 months.

It is not at all good company for Freshers and experienced persons. Of course they will not hire experienced people. Bcz they won't provide that much salary. I suggesting to Freshers don't join in this company.
As a fresher we have lots of thoughts lot of dreams. All will be spoil books it is my personal experience even they won't give the salary as well.
They offer like 5k or 6k for fresher in that cutting also after cutting we will get like 3500 per month and will give lots of lot of work. For my last working month salary they weren't paying till now. In that company the main 3 pillars used to play with the employees. Whenever they want to hire the employees they will hire and whenever they want to fire the employees they will fire.
