I ll be honest. I wasn t sure about Loan care at first but been impressed. My auto payments are on time. User friendly website. Everything works well. Folks on here complain on variables that are out of Loan Care control. Of course your monthly payments change according to your yearly county property tax and insurance rates assessments. Loan care isn t your big boy/girl company, but they hold their own. I m very satisfied. I hope to refinance with them soon.
