My experience comes from ownership. I owned a 29-unit apartment complex for approximately 10 years. Candlewood managed the property for about the last 6 or 7. They did an excellent job of managing and maintaining the property. We had little to no vacancy and very little trouble with tenants. They were flexible and always tried to accommodate my needs as an owner. We recently sold the property and I would like to thank Travis, his wife Carrie, and the rest of the staff for all that you did for me.
