I had an average experience at Waldorf Leura Gardens Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and were not very responsive to requests. However, the location was beautiful and the grounds well-maintained. Overall, it was an okay stay.
