This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel in downtown Memphis. The beds are super comfy and bathrooms luxurious.
My only issues were with the incidental deposit, wifi, and parking.
They put almost $200 on my card for incidentals which is excessive.
The wifi is a joke. You can only get 3Mb or 7.5Mb *at the most* from the two different PAID plans. Come on Starwood, this is 2016.
The valet parking is overpriced at $29 per night. The parking garage is attached to the hotel, and always costs much less to self pay. They try to charge you $19 to include it on your bill but avoid this as it cost more than if you just paid yourself.
Overall a very nice property that is super convenient to Beale Street, but comes with a few annoying issues.
