Amazing place. We made an appointment and were seen within 10 minutes which doesn't happen anywhere. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. Dr Romo did an excellent job performing surgery on our pet rat. We were very worried considering how small she is. They kept us informed, really taking their time to explain everything before and after. They called with results right after and even sent a picture so my daughter could be reassured her baby was ok. I can't say enough about how great their team is. They truly let you know how much they care. Yes, vets are expensive always. But they let you know worst case options vs. most affordable right off the bat. Highly recommend if you need an exotic pet vet who really puts you at ease in caring for your little one.
