I had a mixed experience with Chipnet limited. The overall service was average. The website was easy to navigate, but I found some of the information to be confusing. The customer support team was helpful, but at times, their response time was slow. The rate at which they resolved my issues was satisfactory. I wish they would improve their communication and response time.
