I recently booked a vacation through Cda Vacation and had an average experience. While the website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth, I had some issues with the customer service. The representative I spoke to was a bit unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my inquiries. Overall, the vacation itself was fine, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement.
