Wow. I'm planning on taking a cruise in early May of this year, using a certificate through them, however, reading all of these reviews, mostly negative, I'm wondering if I shouldn't just book through Carnival. Dang, and I went through 2 hours of an exhaustive timeshare presentation in Vegas. Hmm.
