I had a mixed experience with 3 Rivers Studios. The quality of their work is excellent, but their customer service needs improvement. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries and there were a few miscommunications. However, once these issues were resolved, I was impressed with the final product. Overall, I would rate them as average.
