I had an average experience with Thornwell. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I finally did, the answer was not very helpful. Overall, I think Thornwell is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
