I live and die by this place. I started coming to AE as a sophomore in high school and all throughout college. If you re looking to become bigger, stronger, and quicker than your competition this is the place to go. I was working out with premier athletes from all over and it made the early morning car rides worth it. Scott is the man, he s an excellent PT and coach who builds extremely good workout programs. They not only build workouts, but they also teach you how to lift. I rehabbed with him after an ACL tear and I came back stronger and faster than before I got injured. Eric the owner is always on the floor and working out top professional prospects. The interns are well trained and always there to help guide you and push you. This place is a family and has such a good environment. As a former college athlete, I recommend it to the highest degree. Every penny spent at this place was well worth the money. Love you AE!!
