Customer service was great! I got answers quickly and directed to people who knew what they were talking about. Being a foster parent is challenging. The depth and support of the agency was so helpful in getting the youth that we could best help in our home. I love the online systems that help me keep all my paperwork organized and informed about the various programs our foster children can particpate in. I should mention that our foster children have the opportunity to participate in special summer camp programs and monthly activities where they get their pictures taken and individual scrapbooks made of all the interesting things the kids do. The agency also provides ongoing training programs that help me be a better foster parent and keep me informed of current trends the foster children are faced with. I like what I get from this agency. Two thumbs up.
