If I could rate BSC zero stars I would. The equipment needs maintenance as TV monitors don't work, the spin room has old equipment that should be updated or maintained and the gym itself and women's locker room are unclean. Trying to cancel membership was very difficult. I wanted to cancel on a Saturday, called the gym and was advised that I needed to cancel in person with a manager but a manager would not be in that day. Even though a manager was listed on the schedule that day, she did not show up and would likely not be in. I was told that I would receive a call from another individual and never received a phone call on Saturday or any day thereafter. I ended up canceling via a certified mail letter.
