I have been working with Tal Group for over a year and I must say, it has been an average experience. The company provides decent opportunities for growth and learning. The work environment is satisfactory and the team members are cooperative. However, there are some areas where the company can improve, such as better communication and more transparency in decision-making. Overall, I would rate Tal Group as an average company to work for.
