Having used Kelley Connect's services for a while ...

Having used Kelley Connect's services for a while now, I can confidently say that their service is average. I appreciate their prompt response and willingness to help, but there is definitely room for improvement. Their website is user-friendly, but they lack some important features that other companies in the industry offer.
