I had an average experience with Bq duiker b.v. The products I ordered were good, but the shipping took longer than expected. Additionally, their customer support was not very responsive, and it took multiple attempts to get a satisfactory resolution to my issue. Overall, I think they have room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.
