I recently upgraded my cutting board to one from epicureancs.com and I couldn't be happier. The quality is outstanding and the board looks great in my kitchen. I also appreciate that it's lightweight and easy to store. The non-slip corners are a nice touch and provide added stability during use. Overall, it's a fantastic cutting surface that I would highly recommend to anyone.
