Gokuai Technology has been a disappointment for me...

Gokuai Technology has been a disappointment for me. Their website is confusing and it takes a lot of effort to find the information I need. The customer support is okay, but they could be more helpful. Overall, I would rate Gokuai Technology as average. There is definitely room for improvement.
