I recently had an experience with NYE, REBECCA ANN and I must say it was average. The service was alright but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful but the overall experience left much to be desired. I expected more based on the reviews I had read, but maybe I just caught them on an off day. I would still recommend giving them a try.
