I recently availed the services of a senior care company and had an overall average experience. The company I chose, senior-support.nl, provided decent care to my elderly family member. Though there were a few minor issues, the team was responsive and generally satisfactory. They need to work on improving their communication and ensuring better coordination amongst their staff members. I believe with some improvements, they can provide a better experience to their clients.
