I recently hired Brigar xpress solutions to help me with my shipping needs. Their service was average at best. They delivered the packages on time, but their customer service was lackluster. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get updates on my shipments, and they were often unresponsive. Overall, I was satisfied with their delivery service, but their communication needs improvement.
