I am so impressed by the yoga classes at indiayogpeeth.com. The instructors are incredibly skilled and passionate about what they do. The classes are well-paced and offer a good balance of strength and flexibility exercises. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and calm. I can't recommend this company enough!
