I am a CUSTOMER and I rate Element Cabinet Design as average. The website elementcabinetdesign.com provides a good amount of information about their products and services. However, I found the overall customer experience to be just okay. The communication could have been more prompt and the delivery of my order took a bit longer than expected. Nonetheless, the quality of the cabinets I purchased was decent. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
