I stumbled upon this winery during my visit to Australia and I'm so glad I did. The wines at Palmer are truly outstanding. The flavors are rich and complex, and each sip is like a little taste of heaven. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me through the different varietals and providing detailed explanations of the winemaking process. I ended up purchasing a few bottles to take home and I can't wait to share them with my friends. Palmer wines is definitely a hidden gem.
