Appalling service. Received a text in business hours to call them within the next 15 minutes to arrange a service call for a rental smoke detector test (that I had no idea I needed until this text). Next day I waited over 15 minutes on hold, then their office closed for the day and I didn't get to speak to anyone.
I would not be paying for this service.
