I have been a customer of Amatriks for several years now and I must say that overall my experience has been average. The website is user-friendly and I find it easy to navigate. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered issues with their customer support. They were not very responsive and it took a long time to get my problems resolved. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
