I m considering myself lucky to be cancelling my policy with this company. I should have listened to my intuition a year and a half ago and saved $1000. I had a feeling it was a scam after waiting for months and months to receive my policy from them. I tried calling customer service and as many others know, it isn t really possible.

My street address was misspelled slightly and that was the first red flag. Maybe they do this on purpose so important documents don t show up . During the one actual call that went through after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, the representative helped me change this (which is still wrong) and assured me the policy would be showing up in a couple weeks.

No policy yet, that was 2 months ago.

It might not be a total scam but they sure don t run a proper business.

Don t conduct business with them is my advice.
