I live at Woodbury's Twin Arbors Apartments. Recently, I experienced ongoing rude, threatening and unclear communications and interactions with the complex's leasing agent and manager. Less than 24 hours after bringing these to Woodbury's attention, Christina Daniels went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns as well as resolved these issues. I'm very impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail and am grateful for her patience and kindness. She is an excellent representative of the company, and I give her 5+++ stars.

I left 4 stars because a few hours after resolving things with Christina, I received an email from the same Twin Arbors leasing agent about a new, unexpected matter - a pre-move out inspection. I'm not moving out for nearly three weeks, and I can't find anything in the lease, online or from anyone about what this is. In addition, given what's happened, the timing and motive are suspect. Lastly, this inspection is being prioritized over current maintenance requests.

Clearly, working with Twin Arbors employees is not productive. I've already contact Woodbury about this inspection, and I'm confident I'll receive the same quick and quality resolution to this matter as well. I highly recommend working Woodbury and Christina - esp. when dealing with Twin Arbors.
