The BP/Duchess gas station is awful. I was just there this afternoon 9/13/2021. Garbage was overflowing from every trash can at every pump island. There was even a full bag of trash laying against one of the trash cans which itself was overflowing with garbage. The lot was strewn with trash all over it. There is rarely any water or windshield fluid in the troughs, There is one pump that has been out of order for about 2 weeks. Rarely is there receipt tape in the pump unit. This is the store in Canal Winchester at 800 W. Waterloo St. I drive a Ford and Ford suggests BP gasoline, and this is the closest location to my home. If not for the fact that Ford recommends BP, I would never enter this station. Also, I attempted to call Englefield Oil s customer service line to voice my displeasure, but all I got was a recording, and no one has called me back almost three hours later
