The experience I had with Crowd gravity, inc. was average. The website crowdgravity.com was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
