I am a long-time customer of Backway's Physical Therapy, PLLC and I can confidently say that their services are average. The therapists are knowledgeable and professional, but I feel that they lack a personal touch. The sessions are usually rushed and I don't always feel heard or understood. Additionally, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, but the waiting area can get crowded at times. Overall, I would recommend Backway's Physical Therapy, PLLC if you are in need of basic physical therapy services, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
