I recently purchased a 3D printer from a well-known company. The printer is of average quality and the prints it produces are just satisfactory. The website was okay, but it lacked detailed information about the products. The customer service was decent, but it took them a while to respond to my queries. Overall, I expected more from this company and would not recommend them.
