I have been using theengramstore.com for quite some time now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a decent selection of products, there have been a few instances where I have received damaged items. The customer support team was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless. I hope they can improve their packaging to ensure that items arrive in perfect condition.
