I recently had an experience with the State of Texas - DFPS and I must say that it was satisfactory. The website (dfps.state.tx.us) is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. The staff members are knowledgeable and professional. While there is room for improvement in some areas, overall, I am satisfied with the services provided by the State of Texas - DFPS.
