I had a mixed experience with Catawba Automotive. While the customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly, the quality of their work left much to be desired. I had to bring my car back multiple times for the same issue, and it was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
