I recently visited a medical center in the Bronx and had an average experience. The doctors and staff were competent and provided adequate care. However, I felt that they lacked a personal touch and could have been more attentive. The facility was clean, but it did not have the same welcoming atmosphere as some other medical centers I have visited. Overall, it was an average experience.
