I went on a trip with Paradise unexplore and I must say it was average. The destinations were good but the overall experience could have been better. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. The accommodation was clean but basic. I expected more from a company that claims to offer unique experiences. However, the customer service was prompt and helpful. I hope Paradise unexplore takes feedback seriously and improves their services.
