Never even saw a provider. I am new to the area and went to my appointment but the address in the portal was wrong. I tried to call but was on hold forever and the call center person was so rude and unhelpful. I was late to my appointment and marked as a no show, unable to be seen.
The process is not designed for new patients and I felt completely mistreated. Why didn t the clinic call when I was late? That could have resolved my problem. Since I didn t have a number to the clinic, I had to wait on hold fir a calm center person that wasn t helpful. The call center refused to connect me with the clinic. That s bad business.
I found a different doctor that has an office phone number, not a call center and look forward to being treated like a human being.
