In the meantime I have made many attempts to contact Annabel by email or Messenger ... but communication is certainly not their best profession.

Maybe not quite true, I think it is selective reaction. I do get a response (via messenger) that I have already emailed several times .....

As a response you will receive an email address (I have already emailed that address all those times) and then no response.
Could be because of the message I am sending ... have a pile of coins that are no longer valid .....

The last time after days a reaction .... coins are no longer valid .....

They close the mail as follows

"I hope for your understanding. If you have any questions, please let me know.

So I do not understand that I can no longer return my coins ....
I want to see how we can solve it ......

So I also emailed this to them.
We are now 4 days further .....

I don't understand how you treat customers like that .......
