I recently used this company's services and I must say, they were just alright. The website was easy to navigate and finding the information I needed was a breeze. However, the customer service experience was just average. The representatives were polite, but I felt like they lacked thorough knowledge about their own services. The delivery of the product was on time, but the packaging could have been better as it arrived slightly damaged. The quality of the product itself was average as well, nothing exceptional.
