I would rate Gefa as an average company. Their services are decent and their website is user-friendly. However, I feel that they can improve in certain areas like customer support. Overall, it was an okay experience. I appreciate the fact that they have multiple services to offer. The online banking functionality is convenient and easy to use as well. However, the response time for customer inquiries can be improved. It would be great if they could provide more personalized services.
