I recently participated in the virtual trivia event hosted by this company. The host was engaging and kept the game entertaining. However, the website interface was a bit difficult to navigate, and it took some time to get the hang of it. The questions were fun and challenging, but there were a few technical glitches during the game, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the experience was average. I would suggest some improvement in the website's user-friendliness and ensuring a smoother technical setup for a better customer experience. Looking forward to trying it again after some enhancements. 🙂
