I recently worked with a construction company based on a friend's recommendation. The communication was clear and the initial quote was reasonable. However, there were some delays in the project that were not adequately explained. The quality of the work was decent, but there were a few minor issues that required follow-up. The workers were professional and courteous, and the project manager was responsive to our concerns. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciated the effort put into the project, but the execution fell short in some areas. I would consider using them again for a smaller project, but would hope for better project management and communication next time.
