Moved in to one of their apartments 2 weeks ago. My washer/dryer that s supposed to be brand new is broken. Still waiting for them to fix. Keep being told that a piece has been ordered . How can a brand new piece of equipment be broken, and if so, why not use the warranty and replace the defective one for a new one instead of repairing?
The thing is, 2 weeks have gone by, and I still have no washer/dryer so got to get my laundry done elsewhere and pay extra for it. Property manager has shown no sense of urgency in trying to resolve my problem.
Very disappointed with their customer service skills.
