I recently purchased windows from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about the products. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. 🤔 The sales representative was not very knowledgeable about the different window options, and I felt like I had to do a lot of my own research. The installation process went smoothly, but the windows were not as energy-efficient as I had hoped. 👎 In the end, the product quality was decent, but the lack of expertise from the sales team and the underwhelming energy efficiency left me feeling like there might be better options out there.
