I'm a multi-skilled manual machinist with nearly 40 years of experience and they offered me a job to start at about minimum wage!
That would be asking me to go backwards three decades in pay! Of course I turned down their foolish offer.
It appears that they mostly have non-english-speaking immigrants working hard for little or nothing.
Looking for a good paying job?... look elsewhere.
