I have been a customer of Centurylink for years and I must say the service they provide is average. The internet speed is decent, but I have experienced frequent outages which can be frustrating. The customer support is also mediocre, as it takes a long time to reach a representative and sometimes they are not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Centurylink is an okay choice but there are definitely better options out there.
