Scan Wear is an average company. Their products are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I wouldn't say they are bad, but there's definitely room for improvement. The customer service is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, my experience with Scan Wear has been average.
