As a customer, I recently availed services from "Amsm" and overall, my experience was average. The company website, "amsm.com.mk," provided a decent platform for accessing their range of services. However, I found the navigation of the site to be slightly confusing at times. It took some time to locate the information I needed, which was a bit inconvenient.

When it came to customer support, the response was satisfactory. The representatives were professional and prompt in addressing my concerns. However, I felt that they could have been more proactive in providing assistance.

In terms of the services themselves, they were executed adequately, but I didn't find anything particularly exceptional or innovative. While there were no major issues, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of service quality and differentiation.
